Often, you will also notice that a lot of the calmest and most content people live healthy lifestyles. They aren’t afraid of regular exercise, proper diet and sleep, since these factors reduce their irritability and make it more likely that they will feel calm. 

Research has found that people who eat the best diets tend to have the lowest rates of negative feelings. They are generally happy with their lives and content with what they have, reducing the need to constantly strive and struggle.
