Earlier this year, I collaborated with Poster Store to decorate my bedroom for summer. I am delighted to say that I am working with Poster Store again for their Black Friday campaign! If you haven’t heard of Poster Store before, they are a Swedish company that produces high-quality, sustainable, stylish posters and frames at an affordable price. In this post, I will be featuring a selection of their Winter Holiday posters which I have used as part of my winter-themed bedroom decor. I will also be sharing a special discount code that will get you an amazing 55% off posters from Poster Store during Black Friday week, so definitely read on for that!

Winter Themed Gallery Wall
When I collaborated with Poster Store in the summer, I opted for a summery theme of pink flowers, as well as some inspirational quotes. To switch up my bedroom for winter, I decided to re-use some of the frames I received in the summer and fill them with winter-themed posters to create a winter ‘gallery wall’. Here is the result:

As you can see, I chose a couple of animal prints – a reindeer and an owl. Deer are some of my favourite animals, and I was really drawn to this reindeer poster, so that’s why I chose a large poster to have pride of place on my gallery wall. The great thing about Poster Store is that all of their posters come in a variety of sizes, so you can fully customise your decor!
To match the snowy reindeer and owl, I chose another two prints of beautiful winter scenery. I love how all the posters blend together so well. To mix things up, I decided to incorporate some quotes to fill the smaller frames. I chose the quotes ‘Enjoy The Little Things’ and ‘inhale, exhale’. These quotes are not especially related to winter, but they are relevant to my current mindset and it’s great to have them on my wall as a daily reminder.

I like how this selection of posters is wintery but not specifically Christmassy, so they won’t look out of place in January and February.
Winter Quotes and Decor
After choosing posters for my gallery wall, I decided to get some new posters and frames for the opposite side of my bedroom. I kept with the winter theme and opted for some quotes: ‘Let it Snow’ and ‘It’s the most wonderful time of the year’. These are lyrics from Christmas songs, but I think they are still relevant for winter in general, so I will probably keep these posters up in the new year. I think the font used in these posters is so pretty! Between these quote posters, I chose a poster of pine cones which I think gives a cosy, wintery vibe.

Originally, I was going to order black, wooden frames for these three posters, but unfortunately, they had sold out in the sizes I wanted. Therefore I opted for white, wooden frames instead, and I’m so glad I did because I think the white looks really good. One of the great things about Poster Store is that they have so many different colours and materials of frames to choose from, so even if your first choice isn’t available, there will be something similar that you can have instead.

Finally, I chose a small, simple poster with the word ‘love’ written across it. I think this fits in well with the winter theme because Christmas is a time of love, but this poster would be equally relevant all year round. I mounted this poster in a white frame I already owned (this frame is not from Poster Store).

To make this part of my room look extra festive, I put some tinsel along the edge of the shelf above these posters, and also added some wintery decorations on the shelves below. These include Christmas themed books and evergreen plants in gold and silver pots.
Winter Bedding
To complete my winter-themed bedroom, and complement my new posters, I changed to some seasonal bedding. I chose a festive robin duvet, added a tartan throw and as a finishing touch, gave my ‘reindeer pug’ and penguin soft toys pride of place on my bed!

How have you decorated your home for winter this year?
I would love to know if you have already put up any winter decorations this year. Do let me know in the comments below! Either way, I hope this post has inspired you and given you some winter decor ideas.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Poster Store for a second time. Their posters and frames are gorgeous and such high-quality, and it’s been great to build up my collection so that I can customise my bedroom with the changing seasons.
If you’d like to get some posters of your own, I’m pleased to say that I have a Black Friday discount code for you! You can use the code THISBRILLIANTDAY55 to get 55% off all posters from Poster Store. This excludes selection posters and frames and is not combinable with other discount campaigns. The code is valid from the 22nd to the 29th of November, so get in there quick!

I love your picks! I’d never thought of re-doing my bedding for the winter but it’s such a cute idea.
Thank you so much! I put on warmer bedding for the winter so I take that opportunity to switch up the aesthetic too.
